Mr. Bo Xilai Attended the 2006 Symposium for Chambers and Associations

The Ministry of Commerce called the 2006 Symposium for Chambers and Associations on Dec. 31. Minister Bo Xilai attended the symposium and delivered an important speech, Vice Minister Gao Hucheng presided over the symposium. Vice Minister Wei Jianguo and Ma Xiuhong, and Assistant Minister Fu Ziying, Huang Hai and Wang Chao took part in. 11 chambers and associations made speeches at the symposium concerning their reform and development, and opinions and suggestions on the work of the Ministry. Mr. Bo Xilai confirmed the achievements of the chambers and associations in his speech and put forward specific requirements on work in the next step. Total 80 heads and officials from 16 MOFCOM departments took part in the symposium.
